Do you love your Super Mama body right here, right now in this present moment? I know it is something that is difficult to affirm that you love every part of your body as it is but the great thing is that it is completely possible.

Fully possible.

Whole-heartily possible.

I was super skeptical at first too but as I started to recognize and affirm each part of my body, I started to fall completely in love with who I am and I am completely satisfied with where my body is right here, right now. I no longer look at myself and see all the areas in which I need to work. Instead, I see a Super Mama with an awesome body full of love, energy and value. Life is good!

Your body hears everything your mind says. Love your body, and it will love you back.

The Process

The trick is to start with the body part that you love the most. Is it your hair, your eyes, your lips?

I chose my eyes because I absolutely adore the color of my eyes.

Looking at yourself in the mirror start talking to your eyes either out loud or in your head.

Eyes you are magnificent.

I absolutely love the color that you are.

Thank you for letting me see. See my kids, see my husband, see to read and write, see to drive, see the beauty of this earth. I love being able to see the Spring flowers and the cherry blossoms. I love seeing the earth change during the seasons.

By allowing me to see you allow me to positively influence others in my life.

By allowing me to see you grant me infinite possibilities.

Thank you for being part of my life and being part of my body. I love you!

You may feel completely silly at first. I know I did, but the more I did it the more I felt empowered and truly came to love each part of my body. I know this is possible for your too!

Make a list of the different parts of your body in order from your favorite to least favorite and get to work. Choose one each day or do a couple each day and work your way through the list. Some parts of the body may take a whole week to really tune into and learn to love. THAT IS OKAY! Challenge yourself to spend a few minutes each day talking to your body and see what changes you begin to notice.

As you are talking to your body keep it positive. Why are you grateful for that part of your body? What positive affirmations come to mind as you are tuned into your body. Use your intuition. What does that body part need from you?

Love your body, treasure your body and treat it with the respect it needs and deserves.

If you need a little extra boost let’s do a session. Clearing out some of the old thought processes about body image can really help give you a jumpstart to the love your body deserves.

Sending much light and love!
