One of the best things you can do is to take some time each day for your self-care. Some days it may only be five to ten minutes and other days it could be a full eight hours of just basking in just you and only you. Make a resolution right here right now to have some self me time every day. Put it in your schedule, or on your to do list and make it a priority. If you aren’t healthy and happy your family is not healthy and happy.
