The Light Bulb Moment for Seekers of Healing—Mind Body Spirit Connection

Many clients tell me, “I’ve seen countless doctors and still don’t know what’s wrong. Nothing helps—I just want to feel good.” Despite dramatic lifestyle changes, they find no relief and turn to energy healing as a last resort. Often, physical ailments stem from unresolved emotional traumas, mental anguish, or life events like accidents, family strife, or traumatic births. These symptoms are the subconscious signaling that energy is out of balance. By addressing the root cause and restoring energy flow, we can help the body and mind heal.

One of My Symptom Stories

I once healed my severe tooth sensitivity through energy work. It started suddenly, making eating and drinking miserable. I tried everything—multiple dentist visits, x-rays, fluoride treatments, sensitivity toothpaste (which made it worse), and even drinking through a straw to avoid discomfort. Nothing helped. Then my dentist asked, “Why is it only on the left side of your mouth?” That was my lightbulb moment.

The left side of the body represents feminine energy, protection, and receiving. I realized unresolved emotions might be the cause. During an energy session, I uncovered and processed some deep emotional struggles I hadn’t faced. By acknowledging those feelings and affirming to myself that everything would be okay, I felt a huge shift. The next day, my sensitivity was gone.

This experience reminded me how important it is to honor our emotions. Suppressing them only makes things worse—they eventually show up physically. Now I try to address my feelings in the moment, creating space for healing and balance.

I have been able to clear up many of my physical presentations as well as my kids aliments with the help of energy work. It truly has been remarkable.

Spiritual AwakeningSpirit Body Connection

There’s a spiritual awakening happening in the world today. More and more people are recognizing that our experiences, feelings, and emotions play a crucial role in achieving a healthy and balanced life. Just as eating well and exercising keep our bodies strong, maintaining bright, light, and flowing energy is essential for overall well-being.

I’ll share my perspective using terminology from my personal belief system. If your beliefs differ, that’s okay—feel free to substitute words that resonate with you. You can also read Energy Work Defined and Energy Work Defined II.

Before we came to earth, I believe our spirits underwent a profound process of growth and learning in heaven. There, we were filled with spiritual knowledge and insights about this mortal life—how to navigate it and thrive. Our spirits hold an incredible reservoir of wisdom, waiting to be accessed as we journey through this life.

When we came to earth, our spirits entered mortal bodies. These bodies, with their natural tendencies and limitations, often feel heavy and unfamiliar to our spirits. Yet, it’s our spirits that give life to these bodies. Without them, our bodies are merely flesh, blood, and bone. At birth, a veil of forgetfulness is drawn over us, obscuring the knowledge we once had. But over time, I believe we can reconnect our mortal bodies with our spirits, allowing us to remember the truths we knew before.

This is why spirituality is so essential. It’s through spiritual practices that we begin to integrate our bodies and spirits, unlocking that sacred knowledge within us. I also believe the subconscious mind is deeply connected to our spirit, while our conscious mind is tied to our mortal experiences. Practices like meditation, prayer, stillness, music, scripture study, or worship help us access that subconscious, spiritual side. How often have you heard a truth for the first time, yet felt as though you’ve always known it deep down? That’s your spirit recognizing eternal truths.

What bridges the body and spirit? Our energy systems. These fields are the vital link between the two. By keeping our energy flowing and balanced, we strengthen that connection, allowing our spirit to guide and direct us on our earthly path.

In my belief system, the Atonement of Jesus Christ is central to this process. Through repentance and reliance on the redeeming and enabling power of the Atonement, I’m able to keep my energy healthy and my spirituality strong. It’s through Christ that I find true alignment, healing, and the ability to stay connected to my eternal purpose.

My Role as an Energy Practitioner

How do I help facilitate the mind-body or spirit-body connection? You can start by reading Energy Sessions—The 411, which explains what sessions with me look like.

I describe myself as a translator for your energy. Just as someone fluent in another language can interpret its meaning, I read, understand, and translate energy. Your energy recognizes this and directs me to what needs rebalancing in your life. I can also help relay messages from your angels, guiding you back to the path you’re meant to pursue in this earthly life.

While we have free will and agency, I believe we chose certain missions and experiences in our pre-earthly life. When we’re not feeling our best, it’s easy to drift off course and fall into survival mode. But this life is about more than just surviving—it’s about growing, gaining knowledge, and fulfilling our soul’s purpose.

Let me help you reconnect, realign, and step into the role you were meant to play, so you can thrive in your circumstances and embrace the journey you’re here to live.

*One thing to note is that it isn’t the doctors fault that they don’t treat the whole body they just treat the “symptoms” because that is all they have been taught.

**Another thing to note is that a physical aliment can be just that a physical aliment that needs a doctor. Always consult a doctor.
